With the new tools Nicole created for us we can make decisions with confidence, where before there was always a fear, due to the lack of knowledge and information we had available. Without her assistance it would have taken us years to identify and create what we were missing. Not only did Nicole satisfy the items agreed upon when we started our time together, but along the way took the time to identify other gaps we had as a business and give us a way to measure them. One of my favorite tools Nicole designed for us is a matrix combining multiple pieces of information in a simple view and allows us to make product and pricing decisions with ease.
We have never had this much insight/information to make decisions before at Adair. Before Nicole engaged with our company, we had an inability to project and our information was limited. We were constantly looking at past/outdated information and attempting to make future decisions off it. Since then, we not only have a method in which to project, but it is also automated. Nicole has added many different tools for us to evaluate our business and created a way for us to evaluate our company performance in a more proactive manner. We now have timely information which will allow us to make decisions earlier than before and has the potential to add a high level of profit to our bottom line.
